About Me
Hello! I am a certified ICF coach. In my backpack of life experiences, I carry: growing up in a totalitarian and post-totalitarian society, 20+ years of academic career in the area of humanities, a PhD in Medieval English Literature, 25+ years of freelancing as a conference interpreter, 25 years of radio journalism and writing, 22 years of marriage, joys of motherhood, raising and implementing a difficult decision to divorce, 2 years of living in a war-torn country, migration to another continent with children, starting/running a business.
At every stage of my life, facing reality – whether unpleasant and harsh or wonderful and inspiring, has been crucial for unleashing new levels of resilience, fostering new dimensions of joy and expanding into a more powerful personality.
I believe that without growing we start dying. Dying happens by default while growth takes courage and effort. Losses, pain, pitfalls bring suffering, they require time for grieving and mourning, but eventually, it is our choice – to continue suffering as a victim of circumstances or to own the experience and turn it into growth.
I am a Christian and believe that every single human being is called to become a saint. Few of us take the challenge because it means the effort of living the authentic unique self to its fullest value, it means unpacking the mystery of the image of God in each of us and growing up to it.
I can be your bridge on the way from where you are now to where you want to be.
Trust the magic of coaching.
Trust me.
